Cancellation/Late or Missed Appointment Policy

  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance, or in case of no-show.
  • No cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 12 or more hours in advance.
  • If a client is unavailable at the scheduled start time, the session length will not be extended to accommodate for a client’s late start, it will finish at the scheduled end time.
