Cancellation/Late or Missed Appointment Policy
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 3 hours prior to scheduled start time, or in case of a "no-show".
- No cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations made 3 or more hours in advance of the scheduled session start time.
- If a client is unavailable at the scheduled start time, the session length will not be extended to accommodate for a client’s late start, it will finish at the scheduled end time.
